*Consultations related to personal injury or criminal matters are free. There is a $250.00 consultation fee for any consultations related to family law matters or abuse/neglect matters filed by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Should we be retained subsequent to a family law or abuse/neglect consultation, the consultation fee is applied towards the retainer and no time is billed after being retained for the consultation.
